You will manage a large program in the Insurance sector for the development of a customer-facing portal. You are the accountable for project deliverables and act as an interface between business and IT. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO
– Organization, planning and controlling of projects, including stakeholder relationships and deliverables time, cost, and quality requirements;
– Participate in cross-functional working group sessions to translate business requirements into system specifications;
– Development of suitable reporting structures and establishment of program-wide standards;
– Preparation and generation of status reports, templates, and analyses for internal and external appointments at top management level;
– Managing the expectations and satisfaction of clients, project sponsors, and stakeholders.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO FULFILL YOUR ROLE
– A university degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related fields;
– At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale software development projects in an international environment;
– Business proficiency in German and English is a must. Proficiency in Italian is desired;
– Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
– At least 3 years of experience in preparation of management presentations and managing C-level clients;
– 3 years of Experience in Agile methodologies is a must;
– Experience in the use of Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, and MS Office;
– A PMI, Prince, or SCRUM certification is desirable;
